I've viewed this page with Internet Explorer 4, 5 and Netscape 4.6
in the following resolutions:

640x640x8bpp
640x640x16bpp
800x600x8bpp
800x600x16bpp
1024x768x8bpp
1024x768x16bpp

and it looks pretty good in all of them. This is because I've hardcoded
all the table sizes and such. Although this approach hinders your
abilities, to a point, it helps keep the page looking nice in most
resolutions and all browsers since you're not relying on the algorithms
used by the browsers to determine sizes and such. I urge all web developers
to take similar approaches.
